General objective

Target objective

• 30 trainees to gain management skills essential for effective administrative action.

• Show that 90% of the trainees and the ethics of positive behaviors for professional work.

• Have mastered 90% of the trainees and vocational technical skills necessary for their work (computer, Internet, scientific research, language skills etc. ..........)

Project Description

Foundation seeks to select 30 girls distinct capabilities, a distinct personality and level of course superior to be Elhakhen program of intensive training and distinct in coordination with the Center for specialized training in order to give the trainees a range of knowledge and cultural characteristics, and behavioral as well as the skills that enable them to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.

Target group

Students graduate from high school and university who wish to institutional and social work.
